thE SUCTION VERSION SCREWDRIVER (CL-, - OR ACL-SERIES SCREWDRIVERS) IS EQUIPPED WITH A SUCTION ATTACHMENT ON THE FRONT END TO DRAW SCREWS IN BY SUCTION.
  • the letter q suffixed the model number of each cl-, - and cl-series model indicates the suction version.
  • the torque adjusting method is the same as for cl-series screwdrivers. however, an air pump connected with a vinyl tube must be in addition to the power supply.
  • attach the appropriate mouthpiece to the front end of the suction attachment for ifferent screw and bit sizes.

APLICABLE MODELS: CLQ-3000, CLQ-4000, CLQ-6000, CLQ-6500, CLQ-7000, Q-4500, Q6500, ACLQ-10, ACLQ-20 AND ACLQ-30.

BLANK MOUTHPIECES


THE BLANK MOUTHPIECES IS A CYLINDRICAL BLOCK OF BRASS WITH A FIXING SCREW FOR MOUNTING ON THE BRASS WITH A FIXING SCREW FOR MOUNTING ON THE SLIDING BASE ON THE UPPER END, AND A LEADING SLIT FOR DRILLING. THE USER MUST DRILL THE BOTTOM CAVITY TO COVER THE HEAD OF THE SCREW AND THE PASSAGE SHAFT, WILE LEAVING A SLIGHT CLEARANCE AROUND THE BIT SHAFT. THE SECTION PLAN FOR THE OUT-DRILLED HOLLOW CAN BE EASILY DETERMINED BY THE SHAPE OF THE SCREW HEAD AND DIAMETER OF THE BIT BEING USED.
